Content Usage and Intellectual Property Rights

Full Consent Text:

“I acknowledge that all materials provided during my enrollment in any course offered by SchoolCentral Training Academy, including but not limited to course videos, presentations, handouts, assessments, downloadable content, and any other educational resources, are the intellectual property of SchoolCentral (Pty) Ltd or its licensed content providers.

By accepting this consent, I agree to the following:

• Limited Personal Use: I am granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for my personal learning and educational purposes. I agree not to share, distribute, or sell any course content, whether in digital or physical form.

• Prohibited Actions: I will not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of any course materials;
  • Share my course login details or materials with others;
  • Reproduce or redistribute any part of the course content through any media platform, including but not limited to websites, social media, or online repositories, without explicit written permission from SchoolCentral.

• Ownership of Content: I understand that all course content remains the intellectual property of SchoolCentral or the respective content providers. I will not claim ownership or authorship of any materials provided during the course.

• Enforcement: Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in:

  • Termination of my access to the course without refund;
  • Legal action to enforce the intellectual property rights of SchoolCentral or its content providers.

If I wish to use any of the course materials beyond personal educational purposes, I understand that I must obtain explicit, written permission from SchoolCentral by contacting legal@schoolcentral.io.”
